The Site provides general information only and is not medical advice. Reading the Site does not create a provider-patient relationship; that relationship begins when you are seen at one of our clinics or in a scheduled telehealth visit. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Appointments and Online Scheduling
Our Book online buttons open a scheduling tool run for us by a third party. When you choose a time there, your request holds that time for you until a member of our team confirms the appointment by phone or text. If we cannot confirm it, we will contact you to find another time. Telehealth counseling visits are provided under a separate telehealth consent that we review with you before your first session.
Text Messages
If you text one of our clinics or give us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about scheduling, appointment reminders, and your care, along with occasional messages from your clinic, such as a check-in after a missed visit or a request to review your visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please do not text us health details you would not want sent over a standard mobile network; call the clinic instead.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully. You will not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its security, scrape its content, or misuse it.
Intellectual Property
