This Privacy Policy explains how Pivot Health Inc, doing business as Auto Injury Chiropractic, collects and uses information through autoinjurychiropractic.com and our related web pages.
Information you share with us as a patient, including anything you enter in our online scheduling tool or tell us by phone or text when you book care, is protected health information. It is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and by HIPAA, not by this policy. This policy covers information collected from visitors to the website itself.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you call, text, or book an appointment through the site, we collect details such as your name, phone number, the clinic you chose, and what you tell us.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may record your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and the site that referred you.
- Cookies. We set one first-party cookie of our own, named aic_clinic. It remembers which clinic you selected so the call and booking buttons show the right clinic, holds no personal information, and expires when you close your browser. The cookie banner also sets small cookies that remember your choices. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only by the Google tools described below.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Cookies are small files stored on your device. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline statistics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Manage options link in the footer of every page, or through your browser settings. Some features may not work if you block all cookies.
We use these Google tools: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used; Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising; Google Maps to show clinic maps; Google Fonts to display text; YouTube to play demonstration videos in our Home Exercise Library; and reCAPTCHA to protect the site from automated abuse. Library videos load from YouTube only when you press play, and they play in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, YouTube may store cookies or similar data on your device and collect information about your device and viewing, as described in Google’s policies. Some of these videos come from other organizations’ YouTube channels. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it. Google’s own policies describe how Google uses the data these tools collect. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Online Scheduling
Our Book online buttons open a scheduling tool run for us by TrackStat, our patient scheduling and messaging vendor. The information you enter there is used to schedule your visit and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Text Messages
If you text one of our clinics or give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, appointment reminders, and your care, and send occasional messages from your clinic, such as a check-in after a missed visit, a birthday greeting, or a request to review your visit. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Use Information

How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us run the site and the practice, such as website hosting, analytics and advertising measurement, online scheduling, phone and text messaging, and call handling, under agreements that limit how they may use it. We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff, or others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the practice. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising in the sense used by Oregon law.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Requests about your medical records are handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices; call any clinic and ask for the Privacy Officer. For information collected through this website, Oregon residents may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about them, to see it, to correct it, to delete it, or to receive a copy. We honor these requests whether or not the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act requires us to. Call (503) 723-4462 or write to the mailing address below, and we will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by writing to the same address.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
