All five steps happen at your first visit, which takes about an hour. You leave with a written treatment plan and your first treatment.
We gather information about what happened, how it happened, and your health history to guide the physical exam.
A hands-on assessment to pinpoint the source of your pain:
- Range-of-motion testing
- Nerve testing to find which nerves are causing pain
- Muscle testing to isolate aching, tight, or spastic muscles
- Testing to detect which joints are limiting mobility
Digital X-rays or other advanced imaging, if necessary, so we can see what is happening beneath the surface.
We build a treatment plan around your injuries and your goals.
